Now
that fall has set in and the temps are getting colder I am always looking for comfort
food recipes that warm me up. However, I want recipes that are somewhat
healthy. I recently discovered a fabulous recipe for a Skillet
Cauliflower Gratin…I've tweaked it a bit to give it more flavor and
richness. Not only is this perfect for fall entertaining, it would be a great
addition to your Thanksgiving meal!
I
hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
